Travelers can earn points for Azul flights through the Azul Fidelidade loyalty program using specific credit cards, subscription plans, and partner networks. According to a report updated on August 18, 2026, by editor Ana Beatriz Muzzi for Passageiro de Primeira, the Azul Itaú credit cards and the Clube Azul subscription service are central to maximizing point accumulation.

Azul Itaú Credit Cards

Azul Itaú credit cards allow users to accumulate points directly into their Azul Fidelidade accounts. The points are credited automatically within 30 days of the bill's closing and payment. The standard earning rate is up to 3.5 points per US dollar spent. The cards are issued in five variants: Azul Itaú Internacional, Azul Itaú Gold, Azul Itaú Platinum, Azul Itaú Visa Infinite, and Azul Itaú Mastercard Skyline.

Subscribers of the Clube Azul get a promotional turbocharged rate. With the Azul Itaú Visa Infinite or Azul Itaú Mastercard Skyline cards, they can earn up to 5.25 points per dollar spent.

Clube Azul Subscription Plans

The Clube Azul is a monthly subscription that deposits points into a member's account each month. Subscribers also get exclusive advantages and promotions. The program currently offers five plans, each with different monthly fees, annual point totals, and benefits like bonus rates on credit card point transfers and point validity.

Long-term Clube Azul subscribers receive additional bonuses when transferring points from their credit cards. The bonus increases with membership duration: +5% for over 6 months, +10% for 12 to 35 months, +20% for 36 to 69 months, and +30% for over 60 months (5 years). This annual bonus is capped at 100,000 points.

After six months of subscription, members can also receive free point transfers from other accounts.

Partner Networks and Other Methods

Azul Fidelidade has nearly 30 partner banks and financial institutions in Brazil. Points from these partners' programs can be transferred to Azul, often with bonus campaigns. The source lists partners including Itaú, Nubank, BTG, C6 Bank, Inter, Livelo, and Dotz.

Purchases at retail partner stores like Casas Bahia, Extra, Natura, and Renner also earn points. Payment methods are not restricted to credit cards. The report states promotional online shopping offers have reached up to 28 points per Brazilian real spent.

A partnership with the Abastece Aí app for Ipiranga fuel stations allows points earned in the Km de Vantagens program to be transferred to Azul Fidelidade. The regular conversion rate is 200 Km for 1,000 Azul points at a cost of R$ 35.00. However, the source notes that as of the August 2026 update, this partnership was paused but reportedly set to resume soon.

Points can also be purchased directly from Azul. The regular cost is R$ 70 per 1,000 points, with an annual purchase limit of 100,000 points. Co-branded cardholders get a permanent 10% discount. Promotions with bonuses or discounts are offered regularly.

Azul Viagens Travel Services

Booking through Azul Viagens, the airline's tourism operator, earns points on services like hotel stays, car rentals, and park tickets. All Azul Itaú cardholders receive a fixed 10% discount on any service offered by the operator.
