SATENA loyalty program offers free flight on 44 routes
Colombia's SATENA airline launched a loyalty program. Passengers completing ten flights by December 15 can redeem a domestic one-way ticket.

Colombian state airline SATENA has launched a new loyalty program offering a free flight to passengers who fly frequently on its domestic network. The 'Vuela Más, Gana Más' (Fly More, Earn More) campaign is valid on 44 specific routes across the country.
Passengers must complete ten qualifying flight segments, both purchased and flown, between September 1 and December 15 of this year. Those who do will earn a one-way reward ticket, subject to seat availability on the participating network. The program is designed to reward frequent travelers on SATENA's regional routes.
Program eligibility and registration
Registration for the program is free and open to individuals aged 12 and older. The enrollment period runs until September 30. Travelers can sign up through the company's website, WhatsApp line, call center, or by scanning QR codes at SATENA agencies.
Only tickets issued in the Plus, Flexi, Econo, and Basic fare classes, purchased through authorized sales channels, will count toward the ten-flight requirement. The airline clarified that tickets from corporate agreements, courtesy passes, reward tickets, certain special fares, and flights on routes not included in the program are excluded.
Participating routes and destinations
The promotion applies to flights connecting major hubs like Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla with numerous regional destinations. Key destinations include Quibdó, Tumaco, Guapi, Nuquí, Bahía Solano, Arauca, and Puerto Asís.
The following table details a selection of the specific route pairs included in the program, as listed by the source.
Redemption timeline and conditions
After validating the operational conditions at the end of the campaign, SATENA will notify eligible beneficiaries starting January 18, 2027. The reward ticket must be requested by May 30, 2027, and used by June 15, 2027.
The free ticket is for a one-way segment. Passengers are still responsible for paying airport taxes, government-imposed fees, and an administrative charge. Redemption will also be subject to restrictions during high-demand travel periods and holidays in 2027.
Mateo Arjona, president of SATENA, explained the company's motivation. "With 'Vuela Más, Gana Más' we want to recognize those who consistently choose SATENA to travel around the country," he said. Arjona noted the airline's role in connecting regions and communities, stating the campaign strengthens that passenger relationship with a concrete benefit.
