Travel and Lifestyle Benefits
Cardholders receive unlimited complimentary access to airport lounges through multiple programs: Visa Airport Companion, Priority Pass, and the Visa Infinite Privilege Lounge. The bank has not yet detailed the access policy for guests.
A dedicated Lifestyle Manager is a core benefit. This professional is tasked with deeply understanding the cardholder's profile and orchestrating details, from issuing insurance certificates to booking complete travel reservations.
For mobility, an alliance with Revo provides an exclusive aerial service connecting key points in São Paulo to Guarulhos International Airport. This door-to-door service includes executive car transport to the heliport and baggage handling. Cardholders receive one complimentary helicopter transfer per year to Guarulhos Airport.
Insurance coverage is extensive. It includes international medical emergency coverage of up to USD 1 million for trips lasting up to 90 days on commercial or executive flights, and USD 1.5 million in travel accident coverage. Additional protections cover event cancellations, damage or loss of personal and sports equipment, and purchase protection.
Exclusive Lounge and Experiences
Cardholders gain exclusive access to the Visa Infinite Privilege Lounge in Terminal 3 of Guarulhos Airport, managed by Plaza Premium Group. Access requires a prior reservation made through the Lifestyle Manager. The 165m² space, designed by Nuque Arquitetura, has a capacity for only 38 guests and features a design celebrating Brazilian elements with noble materials like Brazilian quartzite.
The lounge offers a fully à la carte menu curated by renowned chef Bel Coelho, celebrating contemporary Brazilian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A drinks menu is signed by award-winning bartender Gabriel Santana, featuring eight original cocktails that combine international techniques with emblematic ingredients from Brazilian biodiversity.
Bathrooms are equipped with showers. Amenities are provided by Natura Bothânica, a high-luxury line from the brand, featuring products made from natural, biodegradable, plant-based ingredients free from petrochemicals. Cardholders also benefit from a Meet & Greet service at Guarulhos Airport through the alliance with Plaza Premium Group, offering dedicated reception and facilitated security access via Visa Infinite Fast Pass. They can access personalized experiences linked to Visa's global sponsorships and have advantages with the SMUSIC platform, including pre-sales and complimentary tickets for selected shows.
