## Expansion of Clara Arte Resort The Clara Arte Resort, located within the Inhotim museum in Brazil, is undergoing an expansion that will add 30 new rooms and suites to its existing 46. The new wing, called the Ala Galeria, will offer a range of accommodations, including presidential suites with private sauna and pool. ## Accessibility Features The new wing has been designed with accessibility in mind, with adaptable rooms that can be equipped with specific resources to meet the needs of each guest before check-in. The areas of circulation have also been designed to follow the principles of universal design, creating functional and accessible spaces for all. ## New Suites and Amenities The new suites will include the Suíte Galeria, which will have a living area, bedroom, bathroom, and private balcony with a fireplace. The presidential suites will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a closet, and a private balcony with a small pool. The suites will also feature a collection of artwork and design pieces, including a facsimile of a manuscript by the artist Tunga and six photographs of his installation "True Rouge". ## Expansion and Investment The expansion of the Clara Arte Resort is the largest since its opening in 2024 and has been made possible by an investment of R$ 59.3 million. The new wing will increase the resort's capacity from 46 to 76 rooms and suites, maintaining its boutique resort concept. ## Soft Opening The new wing will have a soft opening between August 21 and September 4, during which the new suites and amenities will be available to guests.
